Erick Salado, M.D.

Medical Director, Orthopedist

Medical Director, Dr. Salado, is a graduate of the University Of Miami School Of Medicine and the American College of Rheumatology, as well as The University of Havana School of Medicine, prior. With additional training and expertise in trauma and orthopedics, as well as Hand/Micro Surgery, Dr. Salado is also on the American Board of Disability Analysts, among other professional associations.
Albert Ray, M.D.

Pain Management

A graduate of New Jersey College of Medicine, Dr. Ray specializes in Pain Medicine and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pain Medicine or Board Certified. He received the American Academy of Pain Management Distinguished Service Award in 2004; Has practiced at the University Of Miami School Of Medicine, in private practice, and as Medical Director of Baptist Hospital, among numerous other directorships and leadership roles.
Judy A. Jacobs, D.C.


Dr. Jacobs is a graduate of Texas Chiropractic College. Apart from her training in Chiropractics at Texas Chiropractic College, the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture and Florida Chiropractic Association, Dr. Jacobs also received a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Jacobs has implemented a rehabilitation program for specific auto related injuries.
William Rojas, D.C.


Dr. Rojas earned his degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University, one of the most well-known Chiropractic universities in the US. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and holds Certifications in Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology. His extensive experience in holistic medicine, accident related trauma and nutrition make him a valuable asset to our medical team.
María Elena Collazo-Gort, PsyD.

Doctor of Psychology

Dr. María Elena Collazo-Gort is a highly qualified Clinical Psychologist with a Psy.D. degree from Carlos Albizu University and extensive expertise in psychopathology, developmental psychology, and psychosocial issues. With solid diagnostic skills and a range of therapeutic techniques, including psychotherapy, EMDR, and family therapy, she excels in providing comprehensive mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. Dr. Collazo-Gort's bilingual proficiency, along with her ability to establish strong connections with patients, allows for effective communication and understanding. With a commitment to improving lives, she brings a wealth of experience and a compassionate approach to her private practice and clinical settings, making her a valued professional in the field of clinical psychology.
